Sushi En Description

Located in the heart of Ginza, Sushi En is a hidden gem that offers an authentic Edo-style sushi experience. The restaurant is founded by a chef who is dedicated to selecting the freshest seasonal ingredients and crafting each sushi with precision and care. The intimate setting of the restaurant, just a 3-minute walk from Ginza and Shimbashi stations, makes it a perfect spot for special occasions or business meetings.

What sets Sushi En apart is its commitment to providing a unique dining experience for its guests. The omakase courses, such as the Premium and Special nigiri courses, offer a variety of carefully selected sushi and seasonal delicacies to tantalize your taste buds. The chef's expertise and attention to detail shine through in every dish, ensuring that even those unfamiliar with sushi will feel at ease at the counter seats, where each piece is explained with passion. The use of premium Niigata Koshihikari rice for the shari (sushi rice) and the curated selection of regional sake add an extra layer of authenticity to the dining experience at Sushi En.

The place i call the authentic Omakase Japanese sushi style with genuine calm, nice counter seating. For me, I find it is difficult to book so I can my brother who can read & speak Japanese to help which is much easier. Booking is required and for me 15,000 Yen Omakase set is good enough & you can feel full after full course.
