Shinbashi Shimizu san's apprentice went independent with Oyagata blessing.
We enjoyed almost the same quality of food, come before here becomes too hot.

This sushi restaurant is located on a narrow road near Corridor Street, a 3-4 minute walk from Shinbashi Station in the direction of Yurakucho.
This is a new shop run by the owner, originally from Shimbashi Shimizu.

The outside door is almost a mirror.
When you open the mirror and enter, you will find a fairly small space with only 6 seats.
It's not a space where you can relax without any unnecessary things, but it feels like a space where you can just eat sushi.
It feels like a hideaway and it's really nice.

When I ordered a drink, the owner asked me what I wanted, so I asked for a snack and then a nigiri.
Of course, you can also use just a grip.

There are 7 snacks, followed by 15 pieces of nigiri and a roll.
I also added the dried gourd roll.

The knob has a fairly simple configuration. I'm glad I got to eat the mantis shrimp.

The sushi rice is a nice dry type that loosens up easily.
Although the vinegar and salt don't feel that strong, it has a refreshing and sharp taste.

The sushi feels like a pretty solid Edomae sushi.
All of the toppings were delicious, but the grilled mackerel was surprisingly delicious.

22,000 yen including sake is quite reasonable.
