The entrance is really hard to find, but once you enter, you'll see a single board desk! The atmosphere is chic and luxurious.
The general's smile and performance were wonderful! !
The dishes other than sushi are also very delicious and go well with alcohol.
It's quite filling, but I was shocked to find that I only used enough rice to fill a bowl! I'm happy.
At the end, I took home a lunch box that looked like a jewelry box ✨ It was so delicious I almost cried.

First visit to Sushi Kozue in Takanawadai. I don't have much experience with sushi, but it has become my favorite sushi restaurant, and I want to go there every month. To the course of 9 types of snacks and 17 pieces of nigiri, we added a shiso leaf roll that is served at my parents' sushi restaurant in Kyushu. The chef wants people to eat a variety of fish, so the sushi rice is very small, so you can eat it deliciously even with this portion.
They had a wide selection of champagne and wine and a clear price list, which I was very grateful for as I don't like Japanese sake, and I drank a lot. Glasses of champagne and wine are also available. The general is very considerate about time allocation and is really nice. It was a great experience with a stylish interior and lots of delicious snacks and sushi. Repeat is confirmed!

Just satisfied. I feel bad about my vocabulary because I can't put into words the delicious food I eat. The handiwork is like a show unfolding in front of my eyes, the casual but sure attention to detail, and the way they sublimate each item into something special.I felt that this is exactly what a dreamy feeling is all about. . Although the price is not affordable, it was definitely more than worth it.
