Sushi Mana

A sushi restaurant located 10 seconds walk from exit 2 of Yushima Station, in a place where you can feel like going even if you don't have an umbrella because of the heavy rain.
I made a reservation and visited on a weekday night.

Since we don't have to start all at once or do multiple rotations, we can accommodate your reservation time at any time, even if it's early.

The inside of the store is quite small with only 5 seats at a small counter.
There were only 4 seats on this day, and the customers next to me left in the second half, so I was able to enjoy the restaurant quite comfortably as it was private.

Two drinks cost 25,000 yen, so the course was probably around 20,000 yen.
For that price, you get 9 snacks, 13 pieces of nigiri, 1 small bowl, a roll, and a ball, so I think the cost performance is pretty good.
You can enjoy a variety of snacks, from simple ones to combinations.

The sushi has a strong flavor with a hint of red vinegar. The sushi is a little hard and sticky, but it loosens up nicely, and the way you hold it is quite soft, so it's crumbly.

Shari is the type to make a statement, but each one had a strong presence and was well-balanced.
The chicken shellfish, which was held together with the liver and slightly cooked, and the plump Haruko sea bream were impressive.

The tuna is also really delicious. The shrimp are huge.
I think the quality of the ingredients was also high for the price.

Yushima is amazing that you can easily get to a restaurant like this without having to make reservations.

I want to go to other stores too
I feel so comfortable here that I always end up here.
Restaurants are about taste and price, of course.
I think it comes down to comfort.

The general's skills are outstanding. It may be expensive, but it may be difficult to find a store that exceeds this quality at this price.

You can enjoy quality and delicious sushi.

The chef's taste, including the choice of ingredients, is very good.

They put a lot of work into each dish and it's very delicious.
It's difficult to be expensive.
