It was such an amazing dinner here! Absolutely loved every piece of sushi and they have so many unique cooked dishes too. The sushi chef was a really skilled lady who provided an extremely welcoming and friendly atmosphere. 10/10 would totally come back!

The lively laughter of the customers and the general was pleasant.

Mr. Murayama, who is in charge of Aozora's private rooms, is finally independent.
The owner's personality is also great,
The taste is also exquisite.
The total balance is perfect,
All the snacks and nigiri are extremely delicious.
This is a very satisfying shop.
If you like sushi, this is my favorite restaurant that you must visit at least once.

Located on the 5th floor of a building on 6-chome Rahen, a 4-5 minute walk from Ginza Station.
There was originally Sushi Murayama, but it was moved to the 7th floor of the same building, and now the restaurant is operated as a separate branch of the original restaurant run by the disciples.

Please note that the entrance to the building is not along the road, but is a little further back.

I had never been to the general's shop before, but I went to this one first.
Beautiful interior with 8 seats at the counter.

The disciple is a pretty young girl, and the course is 33,000 yen, the same price as Daisho Murayama.
They said they use the same ingredients.

First 10 snacks, then 11 nigiri and one roll.
I think it has a decent amount of volume.
I'm glad there are so many snacks.
The dishes ranged from simple to elaborate Japanese dishes, and the abalone liver sauce was especially delicious.

The nigiri sushi is made with red vinegar and has a rich, rich flavor without being too sour.
A fairly soft grip.
Personally, I would be happy if it had a little more balance since it's a Sharikoma.
I feel like the grip itself will get better in the future, so I'm looking forward to it.

Reservations can only be made about a year in advance.
This is a first class sushi restaurant.

Second visit after 9 months.
Originally, in October 2022, I was introduced to the company by a senior manager and was able to receive a reservation slot for myself.

There are many different sushi restaurants, but as a manager, I can learn from the owner's humble personality and sincerity. When I first arrived, I was impressed by his generous attitude and relaxed stance, as he treated each student with a smile and kindness. While there are many restaurants that only offer good taste, I think this is a restaurant with good taste, friendly people, and a reasonable price for Ginza.

A few glasses of beer, sake, and a highball cost about 44,000 yen. Personally, I think it's worth paying 70,000 yen.

Before the nigiri, there are about 10 small side dishes.
Every time, I take my hat off to the chef's creativity and skill in combining ingredients in a way that makes them work together, such as dishes that use seasonal peaches to give you a summer feel. I'm sure they'll continue to provide us with timeless works in the future.

Needless to mention, the nigiri was absolutely delicious. The aroma that hits your nose the moment you put it in your mouth, and the succulent flavor that fills your mouth after you put it in your mouth is so delicious that you can't help but close your eyes and chew. The horse mackerel was so highly recommended that it was said that it might be the last time to eat such high-quality horse mackerel. Personally, the blackthroat, sea urchin, and conger eel were also delicious (lol)

I wanted to bring my parents.
I think that the nigiri that makes customers think that way is truly the best restaurant.

Recently, the main store has been moved from the 5th floor to the 7th floor, and the original 5th floor has been opened as a branch store called Hanare where the apprentices can stand.When I asked why, I learned that the disciples who come to train to make sushi are the ones making the sushi. He said it was because he felt bad that he couldn't hold it. I have become even more of a fan of Mr. Murayama's personality, as he truly cares about his disciples and even makes them work in the shop. From our perspective as managers, it would be like making an employee with a desire to be independent the president of a subsidiary. It's not something that can be easily done. I think it's wonderful.
