Sushi Panchi

We had dinner at Sushi Panchi during our trip to Tokyo. It was our first omakase experience. We tried the 18 course dinner, and enjoyed it with plenty of sake. It was amazing! Every bite was delicious.
I loved the fatty tuna and I enjoyed discovering the variety of fishes that are only available in Japan. You can see the care, quality and attention to details in every element. The chef is really a master of his craft and is also really friendly. This is not a cheap dinner, but it is absolutely worth it. Highly recommend if you want to experience high end sushi in Tokyo

We had such an amazing experience here. Top quality products and presentation. But even more special was the service. They taught us a lot about Japan and were so welcoming. I would recommend to anyone coming to Japan for the first time to not be intimidated by an omakase and come here. The chef and staff really were wonderful.

An absolutely wonderful dinner. Chef Sasaki and his entire team created wonderful dishes Many are works are art. ALL ARE DELICIOUS. The balance of fish and rice was excellent.
We tried two Sake's and decided we prefer a drier taste.
A very special evening that we enjoyed with all the other guests.
