Sushi Restaurant Narita Setagaya

Narita is a wonderful chef using the best products just for your pleasure. Very attentive to what you like , what you can try and what you will not like and adapts himself to you. The service is very nice. They are 2 to run this. And also, yebisu beer. Lol. But if you are a fan of Californian rolls and salmon sushi, definitely pass your way. This is the place where I finally understood the taste of so many Japanese sushi, where I discovered shirako, octopuses eggs etc. Very seasonal products, freshness is guaranteed.

This is a sushi restaurant run by a husband and wife. The general is a relatively quiet craftsman, but when I asked him questions about what this was, he told me quite a lot. As you can see in the photo, they served a wide variety of things from snacks to nigiri, and the prices were very reasonable. Grilled salmon roe was rare and it was my first time eating it. It was my first time eating whale meat as well, and it was delicious. In particular, the milt was rich and fresh, as if now is the best time to eat it, and it was delicious. I would like to come back to eat sushi again.
