Best sushi experience we had in Japan: each piece has an unique taste and it makes you feel like you never actually tasted sushi before. Only downside (really minor) is that the chefs English is good enough to explain the dishes, but not enough to have a conversation.

If you like fresh and varied and delicious sushi I would recommend, it was a great time well worth a bit of nervousness at the start.
