Sushi Shiina

Amazing chef menu! We sat at the bar on Christmas Eve and had a tremendous experience watching the chef create an entire meal in front of us. The care that he took with every dish was astounding. Each presentation - a work of art.
We were welcomed and treated in the most friendly and welcoming manner with everyone explaining almost every dish to us, and the chef guiding us throughout.
Overall, a beautiful place!

Nice and cozzy restaurant hidden in a building which has restaurants in every floor, something very common in Tokyo.

As a sushi chef myself I enjoyed the display and the show that Mr. Yamaguchi had for all the people sat in the counter, his charisma and playful character made the dinner much more special.

The Omakase menu consisted of varius shellfish, sashimi, nigiris, tempura, chawanmushi, and hosomaki that we chose to change for another nigiri.
The chef is happy to adapt to your wishes, for example he will be willing to repeat a nigiri if you really liked it.

The sushi’s Master in Tokyo !

Nice place with great food ! Randomly walked in around 5 PM and managed to get a seat for myself. Staff and Chef are really welcoming and tried their best to introduce everything.

Of course the sushi is delicious too.
After all, having a private counter is really nice ❤️
For 2 people, the private room fee is 10,000 yen, but from 3 people onwards, the private room fee is free! !
It was so great to be able to eat delicious sushi while chatting without worrying about the people around me 🫰

After trying my first try, I suddenly wanted to drink sake.
While enjoying the sashimi with salt and wasabi, we started with beer 😋
When the sushi comes out, it's time for sake!
Apparently there is also a tempura chef, and the sorghum tempura was so delicious❣️
