A sushi restaurant that recently opened a few minutes walk from Hiroo Station.
Tokiwa Sushi from Yokohama has relocated to Hiroo.
A general who was trained by Mr. Mizutani.

I visited for a lunch course on a holiday.
Inside the store, there are counters lined up side by side. It's bright and beautiful. It's new.

Lunch omakase nigiri is 17,600 yen
12 cans, bowl, and ice cream
And the volume is decent.
Since I added 2 cans, the bill was just over 20,000 yen.

This sushi is made with rice vinegar. That's enough salt.
The hardness of the rice is just right, not too hard.

The toppings are big and filling.

I'm happy that the flow of the first goodbye, Haruko Tai, and Kinme was completely my own.

What impressed me was that the surf clams were slightly cooked and had a nice aroma, and the tuna flakes were thick and delicious.

Also, the horse mackerel was fatty and delicious.
It was unusual for it to be closed, but this one was very good.

At night, it costs just under 30,000 yen, and on the other hand, there isn't that much of a difference in price between day and night.
I think it will become popular from now on.

I've been a fan since the days of Tokiwa Sushi in Yokohama. It was delicious. I'm an amateur, but I feel that the flavor has increased due to the change in the shari. Regular customers said that the level of perfection has increased. Due to the location, some foreign executives also came. I made a reservation because I became a fan. General Yuki is tall, and his work stands out at the spacious counter. The disciples came with us from Yokohama and it felt good to work together with the general.
It was very close to Hiroo Station and had a nice atmosphere next to Korin-in Temple. I think I understand why the general chose this property because it was love at first sight.

Sushi Yuuki is a sushi restaurant founded in March 2024, located 3 minutes walk from Hiroo Station on the Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line.

This is a sushi restaurant that is a famous restaurant in Kannai, Yokohama, Tokiwa Sushi, which has changed its name and reopened in Hiroo! I made this reservation when I visited Tokiwa Sushi in February, and was excited to visit on the day.

The owner, Yuki Hayashinouchi, who inherited the skills of master Hachiro Mizutani, is as skilled as ever! And this vinegared sushi rice is so delicious that you will be enchanted by it!

When you pop it into your mouth and bite into it, the shari will come loose, the toppings and sushi will fuse together, and the sushi will leave a lingering aftertaste at the end. It's already the best!

I was also very impressed by the abundance of shellfish such as Aoyagi and Akagai. And I finished it off with the mackerel and fatty tuna that I added last time. Sigh, I'm happy.

Even after moving to Hiroo, the worldview remains the same! It is only a matter of time before it joins the 100 Famous Stores in the near future, and I have a feeling it will become even more popular.
