I went to a sushi restaurant between Hiroo and Roppongi.
This store only has counters. It's a wonderful store full of luxury.
The general is also very friendly and has a great atmosphere without being too formal ♡
I was surprised by the number and quality of the dishes, and the thickness of each topping!

They say God is in the details, and that's exactly what it says.
I am overwhelmed by the uncompromising quality of the products from start to finish.
Not only does it look beautiful, but it also has a deep flavor due to detailed and careful work. Great craftsmanship.

Introducing three items that particularly impressed me.
1. Chawanmushi
This is our specialty. Chawanmushi made with 40 clams, 2 kg of freshwater clams, and 60 dried scallops. The soup stock comes out well and the flavor explodes the moment you put it in your mouth. It's also wonderful that there are no toppings so you can enjoy the goodness.

2.Hairy crab
A luxurious dish made with plenty of large hairy crabs. There are many other restaurants that serve hair crab hand rolls, but this is the first time I've had one with grilled firefly squid.

3. Fried button shrimp
A dish that is irresistible for shrimp lovers, made with shrimp and more shrimp. This shrimp-covered fried shrimp is made by powdering Ami shrimp and adding it to the shrimp, then adding powdered sakura shrimp instead of bread crumbs.

The timid general is the type of person who would leave you alone if you saw him on the street, but contrary to his appearance, he is very friendly and full of smiles. It's gap moe.

I was able to find a restaurant that matched my image of sushi that I had long imagined.

The hard sushi rice melts smoothly in your mouth along with the toppings, and you can clearly feel the shape of the grains in your mouth.
The amount of shari for each piece is about half that of other restaurants, but it's still quite impressive.

The woman sitting next to me ordered a little less sushi, but if it was less than that, it would almost be sashimi lol

The ingredients are all fresh, thick and moist, and the knives are beautifully crafted. I get excited about each item.

Although it is separate from the course, I think it is better to order ice cream. It was also the most delicious thing in my life.

Non-alcoholic drinks cost around 500 yen, and alcoholic beverages generally cost less than 1000 yen, which is reasonable.

The atmosphere inside the restaurant is nice, and even though it's a hidden gem of a high-end counter sushi restaurant, it doesn't feel cramped.

Also, the counter was quite deep and there was a sense of distance from the general, so I didn't feel too nervous. I didn't feel like I had to chat with the chef, and I felt that it was easy to use even for people who just wanted to enjoy the meal.

Due to the location, there were some foreigners and a few customers who seemed to be in an awkward mood, but everyone was eating quietly.

I would like to visit again for celebrations.
