First visit to Koto City for sushi. The environment in this restaurant is comfortable. We sit on the sushi bar table, you can see all preparations and the food. The taste was delicious and fresh from the market downstairs. We enjoy so much.

Amazing experience. Super dedicated staff that even if they do not speak much English they treat you kindly and you have no problemas at all ordering. They are very fast preparing and if you are lucky enough to seat on the bar, you can see the sushi masters preparing your meal with high dedication. After round about of two weeks eating typical Japanese, and trying all kinds of sushi and sashimi, I can tell you that here is the best sushi we have had. I specially revomend the white fish with salt and lemon, which you should not put sauce in it. It was a beautiful surprise. Thank you mina-sama por the fantastic experience!!

There are many choices for sushi at Toyosu Fish Market, but this one caught our eye. Given the local fresh source, it was no surprise that the sashimi and nigiri were wonderful. We shared 5 plates between 4 people and ate it all. Definitely recommend trying this place as it had shorter lines than other places yet had high quality food.

I went at 2pm and I waited for about 15 minutes and I ordered the chef plate and it was asome the 3 type tuna melt in your mouth and the sea urchin are nice and creamy and in 1 pieces. The eggs are also delicious. The staff will not speak English but they have some photo on the menu. The price are good so will come back for sure when I am in town.

My wife and I visited this sushi restaurant during our late visit to Toyosu. Not realizing the market close at 3pm, we were manage to find this nice sushi restaurant. We are impressed by the freshness of the ingredients and the skillfully cut with nicely presented sushi we ate there. We loved every single piece of sushi served. This sushi restaurant offered very high quality sushi that leaves good taste in our mouth.

Honestly, we had visited Micheline rated sushi restaurant in Ginza, but the taste is not really multitudes better than this one, given the cost is just a fraction of what we paid. Of course fine dining come with a set of other services, presentation, and etc besides taste. But hey this place really is the place that you can expect to get great quality sushi with fair price. Highly recommend.
