Great experience throughout. We were 2 and picked a menu each. The chef made all the nigiri in front of us and everything was so delicious and fresh! Topped with surprise micro sushi, very cute and well crafted! Glad that I could experience this.

My wife (Emma-chan) and I had THE best dining experience of our three weeks in Japan on our last night in Japan.

The chefs were attentive, funny and kind just like the rest of the staff. And the food.. it was just perfect.

We are so grateful to have experienced eating at Sushiya no Nohachi. And we will definitely come back if we get the chance.

The staff and chefs were super nice! The fish was the best I have ever tasted! Even though we only spoke English the staff were beyond helpful, with an English menu and a great attitude. I recommend for anyone in Tokyo looking for great sushi to try this spot!

Decided last minute. Showed up at 9 pm and got a seat at the counter. Amazing menu. Sushi at its best. Went for a menu option with more tuna. And didn’t regret it a minute. One of the best sushi we ever ate in Japan. Can’t compare with overseas. It doesn’t stand up to it.

The chef was fun and explained all the dishes. ‘No soy sauce’ will stay with us.

Arigato for such an excellent dinner.

Wonderful! Just wonderful sushi restaurant! Exceptional sushi, very cosy, friendly atmosphere and possibility to communicate with the chef! Usually we are not found of sitting at the counter, but in this restaurant it is a perfect place. They asked us where are we from and gave every sushi as soon as it is prepared, translating the describtion if each fish to our own language with a telephone:-) The chef also showed us pictures in a book of the fish we were eating. These were the best sushi we had in Japan!:-D
