Wow! This tuna was the best I’ve ever had. Their hours are strange and the line was long but the food was unbelievable. LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!

Chef and all staff were very kind. Watching the Chef was perfect experience and every piece of the food was well explained to us. All of them were very delicious. Nice touch at the end with matcha dessert(matcha is my fav).
Chef said goodbye by his traditional way and
I can't find a word how precious moment that was for me. I was speechless and got emotional. It was an unforgetable experience from top to bottom. Thank you

The sushi and sashimi are beyond exquisite! Thanks to Sushizen Ginzaten, I have found some new seafood to add to my favorite list! They were really accommodating to us and our chef was funny and sweet. His knife skills were mesmerizing to watch. We can't wait to come back again!

Delicious meal I ever had in my 2 weeks Japan Trip. The food was so good that we kept nodding after every piece of sushi served.
Service was excellent 👌. The chef took patience to explain each sushi that was served. I will definitely come back again when I'm travelling back to Tokyo. Please note this place is located in B1 under shopping building.
