You can enjoy sushi and meat, and they also have all-you-can-drink Japanese sake such as Juyondai and Hiroki, as well as whiskeys such as Hibiki and Yamazaki. It was appealing, but the all-you-can-drink menu...

A total of 10 pieces of sushi (Ainame, Isaki, Sumika, Medium Toro, Red Meat, Horse Mackerel, Sakura Masu, Red Shrimp, Scallop, Kinmedai), Appetizer, Bonito Sashimi, Chawanmushi, Steak, Fillet Cutlet Sandwich, Bowl, Dessert (pineapple) ). The food was served in a very timely manner, and the drinks were ordered comfortably. Thank you. However, I was disappointed that it seemed a little half-hearted as to whether it was more sushi-oriented or meat-oriented. The sushi in particular didn't have any particular special features, so I felt like I could focus entirely on the meat. The Kuroge Wagyu beef fillet cutlet sandwich is very delicious.

Drink a lot and eat a lot. It was a store I would want to visit if it was nearby, but it didn't exceed my expectations. Looking at the restaurant's menu, the sushi seems to be cheap, but considering that, this course seemed rather expensive. Maybe next time I'll have lunch.

The meal was average, but is this included in the all-you-can-drink Japanese sake? There were a lot of them, and when I conquered them all, I got drunk.

The store is located a little far from Mita Station. It may be difficult to understand.

It is located on a quiet road a short walk from Mita Station, and you can see Tokyo Tower beautifully on the way from Mita Station. I received a 5000 yen course.
It's a mixed course of meat and fish, not a formal course, but about as light as an izakaya course.

・Japanese pepper roast beef
The roast beef had a slightly viscous, well-seasoned soup stock with a hint of Japanese pepper, and the green onions were a nice accent.

It was an unfamiliar fish, but it was fresh, had just the right amount of fat, and was well cut.

Sea bream fillets are used for the soup stock, and underneath is a double layer of chawanmushi.

It's well-cooked and doesn't run out of juice, so it has a great texture and flavor, and the vegetables that come with it are delicious.

The combination of the aroma of the batter and stability makes it delicious.

The red vinegar sushi grilled mackerel wrapped in seaweed was delicious and complemented by the flow from the steak.

I felt that the drinks were a little pricey, but the quality of the beer was good and I enjoyed it just with beer.
The price of the sake was not listed, so it was difficult to order.

A restaurant located about 3 to 4 minutes walk from Mita Station where you can enjoy teppanyaki and sushi at the same time.
The inside of the store is surprisingly spacious, with not only counter seats but also table seats.
This time, I purchased and made a reservation for the ``Makuake limited course premium all-you-can-drink included (12,000 yen)'' on the crowdfunding site Makuake.

All of the dishes are extremely delicious, and the way they make the most of the ingredients is amazing. The freshness of the sashimi is also outstanding. Being able to enjoy meat and sushi at the same time is such a luxurious feeling.
They seem to be particular about their Japanese sake, and I was very satisfied to be able to enjoy some of their precious sake.
I don't usually have the opportunity to go to places I've seen before, but this was a store that made me want to go out of my way.
