It was a wonderful shop filled with the owner's passion.
Everything was delicious, but the Bisho Beef hamburger and rough rice bowl were especially delicious!
The wine pairing is also great so I highly recommend it 🍷
I'll visit you again!

I visited because I heard that a new store had opened.
The food and the pairings that went with it were delicious and I was very satisfied, and the chef's personality made it an enjoyable meal.
It was a great restaurant that makes me want to go again!

A teppanyaki bistro will open on March 3, 2024 on the site of the former famous French restaurant Caudalie, which closed on June 30, 2023!

To be honest, I was worried about what would happen to the site, but I am grateful that they chose the Ikenohata site.

The nearest station is Yushima Station on the Chiyoda Line, Exit 1, a 7-8 minute walk.
(The landmark is just go straight down the street behind Totenko Main Store)
Since it is a residential area, it may be safe to take a taxi from Ueno Station or Keisei Ueno Station.

The owner originally operated a store in Ichibancho, Chiyoda-ku for over 10 years, but after the coronavirus pandemic, he closed the store and was once again looking for a smaller property. It seems like it all started with finding an affordable property.

I visited on weekdays at 11:30 (counter reserved)

・Misho Beef Lean Meat (100g) Teppanyaki
・Grilled seasonal organic vegetables
・Mini rough rice bowl (or garlic rice can also be washed)

I won't go into the detailed seasoning, but the appetizers were very tasty, especially the `Bisho Beef'' and `Grilled Seasonal Organic Vegetables''.

I think the organic vegetables are only seasoned with salt, but the freshness filled my mouth and they were delicious, and the `Bisho Beef'' had just the right amount of chewiness and was very satisfying.
Also, the `Mini Rough Bowl'', which was popular at the previous restaurant, has an unexpected flavor that will make you addicted to it.
You can choose garlic rice, but we recommend choosing mini rough rice bowl.

During business hours, the phone rang several times and we had some walk-in customers, but since we are currently only operating one surgery, we had to decline many requests depending on the situation...

On Saturdays and Sundays only, one additional employee will be available, but other than that, it will be a one-off operation for the time being, so we recommend that you make a reservation by phone (Irregular holidays)

Since they took the trouble to open in Ikenohata, I hope that they will continue to be open for a long time.

The style of Teppanyaki French cuisine is innovative and allows you to enjoy conversation with the friendly owner/chef.
You can rest assured that the wines are selected by a chef who is a certified sommelier.
