Teppanyaki Izakaya Clover

I literally don’t have the words to describe this steak. It was fantastic.

I ordered a domestic steak set lunch at a teppan izakaya located in a residential area.
The salty meat tastes good when eaten as is, but the flavor increases when you dip it in soy sauce with wasabi.
There are also plenty of sides, such as curry-flavored macaroni salad and tender fried squid with tartar sauce.
It's delicious, voluminous, and has a wide variety of items, so I'm happy with the price of 1000 yen!

I often use it for lunch. Both the steak and hamburger steak are delicious, but the miso soup, side dishes, macaroni gratin, and other accompaniments are delicious, which I appreciate. The rice is cooked fluffy and is a restaurant you'll want to visit at night.
There are about 10 seats at the counter and one table, so it's a little difficult for large groups, but I think it's a good place to enjoy socializing with people you know.

I decided to go for the 1,000 yen lunch menu of domestic beef steak that was available outside the store. Honestly, domestic beef starts at 1000 yen? ...I was skeptical, but this is good!
The owner seems to be doing it all by himself, and he first serves the pickled vegetables and meat and potatoes, then prepares the main plate. This meat and potatoes are also delicious.
As for the main plate, we started with the meat right away.
It is delicious when eaten with wasabi and sauce.
The accompanying bean sprouts are seasoned with salt and pepper and have an exquisite crunch, and the macaroni has a curry flavor. No matter which one you eat, it's fun with a different taste and texture.
What surprised me was that not only the meat and potatoes but also the pickles were handmade by the shop.
I was surprised by this, as many places have commercially available pickles for lunch. It's a pleasant surprise.
The reason why I'm not giving 5 stars even though I'm praising this is because I cook rice at home with gas instead of using a rice cooker, so the rice... But I would like to see you again!
All the dishes are amazing. Also, there was tuna in the back, so I guess they have a wider menu of dishes at night.
If you can enjoy such elaborate flavors at lunch, you can expect it at night as well.

Also, the amount of rice was too much, so I asked for less.

I had the domestic steak set for lunch.
The red meat steak was slowly grilled on an iron plate and was tender, juicy, and delicious. The bean sprouts are stir-fried with pieces of beef tallow, and are crunchy and have a strong taste of salt and pepper, so you can eat them as a meal on their own. I love that it comes with curry mayo-flavored macaroni salad, roasted pumpkin, Chinese-style green bean and potato dip, and pickled vegetables.
