I went to "Tonkatsu Ren" Ginza 4-chome store to celebrate its opening.
I had something to do on the day of the opening, so I was invited, but I couldn't go.
The 4-chome store was located on the 5th floor of the Hashi Building, about a 3-minute walk from Yurakucho Station.
It seems that the property used to house a Japanese restaurant, and the counter is made of solid Japanese cypress wood.
When you get off the elevator, you will be greeted by a large Phalaenopsis orchid.
The president welcomed us from inside and said, ``Thank you for coming!''
There were quite a few customers sitting at the counter, so I was shown to a table.
When you look at the menu, it's quite different from a normal ``Rin'' restaurant.
I ordered a pork loin cutlet (300g) from the Mangalica strain of pork called Pure Pork Zao MG, which was newly introduced by the company president, and a rice set.
I was able to talk to the president when I was free, but Mangalitsa meat is expensive and I don't know if it will be available anytime.
Therefore, from now on, the menu will consist of ``Hayashi SPF'' and other branded pork.
The meat of the Mangalitsa variety had an elegant and rich taste, and the fat was aromatic and very sweet.
This has a completely different taste from "Hayashi SPF".
We were also treated to fried seafood courtesy of the president, and the scallops were thick and juicy, the oysters were plump, and the fried horse mackerel was stuffed with meat, all of which were wonderfully delicious.
The cabbage was served before the katsu, and at this store it was topped with dressing.
Also, the miso soup was a large red soup stock made with red sea cucumber, and I finished the meal with a delicious bowl of miso soup.
The president also said, ``In November, we will be opening a Noren-Ware noren shrine in Hinode-cho, Yokohama, so please take care of that as well.''
If you want to taste a different kind of delicious persimmon from the usual Ginza 4-chome store, we recommend you to take a look at it at least once! ️
Thank you again, President Maruyama.
It would be an honor to see you again at one of our stores.
Please stay healthy and do your best.
