When I ordered the eel, they told me it would take 20 minutes to cook and served me fried eel bone. I would like additional pork shiso rolls and sausage skewers, please.
The manager says they will serve sorbet as soon as it is baked. Probably continental.
I heard that it is empty except on Fridays. He opened a restaurant in Yotsuya last year after studying Japanese cuisine for 5 years and eel for 5 years.
