Yaki Soba Osaka Kitchinekyutotachikawaten

It is located at the north end of the transfer passage on the east side of the JR Tachikawa Station ticket gate (Kunitachi side/Ecute Tachikawa Ekinaka EAST), at the landing area for Platforms 1 and 2.

There are no steps at the entrance, but the inside of the store only has fixed counter seats and is quite narrow, so it may be difficult to enter the store in a wheelchair.
Enter the entrance and place your order at the cash register on the left.

The most popular dish is the Pork Tsukimi Yakisoba (880 yen), topped with raw garlic (50 yen).

On a white plate, a simple yakisoba consisting of boiled thick noodles, cabbage, pork belly, and fried egg that were grilled together on an iron plate was topped with a fried egg and sliced ​​green onion, and sprinkled with sauce. Also, in the center is a topping of coarsely grated raw garlic.
``Raw garlic'' looks like it has been marinated in the sauce and has a slight color.

Sprinkle with table-top green seaweed and mayonnaise, and sprinkle with raw garlic.

The sweetness, spiciness, and sourness are modest, and the sauce has a refreshing yet lingering flavor.
The noodles have a chewy and soft texture, but in some places, the parts that have been in contact with the iron plate longer than others become firmer, creating a savory flavor that allows you to enjoy the change in texture and taste.
The sourness and spiciness are mellowed out, and the subtly sweet garlic flavor deepens the flavor as it overlaps with the sauce.

Unfortunately, I have never had the experience of eating yakisoba in Osaka, a city known for its flour culture, but I would say that the soup stock is better than soy sauce, the soft noodles are boiled rather than steamed on an iron plate, and the seasoning is rather sweet. I guess it's yakisoba from Kansai or Osaka.

In addition, there are yakisoba with salt sauce, and richer yakisoba with squid, beef tendon, and offal, and with a wide variety of toppings, you'll probably be able to come back here over and over again without getting bored.
However, if you add more and more toppings, I have a feeling that the price will exceed 2,000 yen in no time. (I'm just greedy though.)

There are also honmon and tonpeiyaki, so you can enjoy them as teppanyaki with a cold beer in hand, and then go on to have fried noodles.

When I tried to go to Hachioji, the train was delayed and stopped at Tachikawa, so I had no choice but to have an early lunch.
Looking at the photo on the front, the yakisoba had thick noodles and looked delicious, so I decided to try this one.
There is a cash register on the left immediately after entering the entrance, and it is a system where you order first.
It's hard to understand because there's no advance notice, and it's a bit of a bad system to be forced to order all of a sudden.
If it's crowded, you can tell by looking at the people in front of you, but if you enter when there's no one in line, you'll be in a hurry.
For now, I order the standard sauce yakisoba with egg and take a seat.
It takes a while to cook, probably because the soba is boiled before grilling, but the soba is chewy and the sauce is thin and not too salty.
There are sauces and other sauces on the counter that allow you to change the flavor, so if it tastes bland you can adjust it yourself.
I think if they could improve the difficulty of understanding the ordering system, the time it takes to serve food, and the quality of the part-time workers, they could become a 4-star restaurant or higher.

When I arrived at 2:45pm on a Friday, it was almost full, but I ordered beef holstamina yakisoba with cheese omelet topping first and paid for it, then went straight to the counter! It took about 8 minutes to wait at the counter while watching the cooking process!

The aroma of piping hot sauce and beef offal stimulates my appetite🤩, so I end up pouring a lot of mayonnaise on it! The custom-made thick noodles are chewy and delicious with the sweet and rich sauce. You can enjoy them as is, or you can enjoy the sourness of the mayonnaise-covered part!

The plump beef offal feels fresh and goes great with the sauce! What's more, I'm so happy that the omelet is so fluffy and the cheese melts inside🥹

It's nice to have a beer on the way home from work, and I'm also grateful for a quick stop by when I don't have time, so I'll continue to go there in the future 🥢

The yakisoba noodles were not as big as udon, but they were quite thick and filling. The balance of meat and vegetables was also good.
