Anyway, the beef tongue is delicious. Beef tongue No. 1.
I go there just to eat the beef tongue.
Perhaps because the cost is high, if you order more than enough for the number of people, you will get a disgusted look.
You have to order the meat first. Even reddish meat has a strong marbling.
Also, if you grill it on your own, the landlady will warn you, and the shiitake mushrooms will be pushed hard (they're delicious).
