I've been wanting to go there since last year, but the timing just didn't work out...I finally got to go to this long-awaited shop.
It is run by a husband and wife. Counter seats only.
A well thought out course. Each dish is different and fun, and the speed is just right.
Palate cleansers and fried foods come out at just the right time. The layout was great and I felt very comfortable.
The way the charcoal is added, handled, and grilled is very beautiful and sophisticated. I think meat is high in protein.
It's a highly sensitive shop, and you can see the attention to detail in everything. A wide range of wines. I think the prices are reasonable, and there were quite a few wines that weren't expensive but had excellent value for money and were hard to find. However, the sake was delicious from beginning to end.
By the way, the highball was from Hakushu. lol
The owner is from Saga, so they serve some really nice pottery. It's fun just looking at it.
There seem to be a lot of different opinions about customer service, but since you're just picky about everything, I wonder if you're also picky about your customers. I thought.
The customer service style is not particularly unfriendly,
I think it's a streamlined style.
I don't think I can go to Kagurazaka often because it's far from my activity area, but it's definitely a place I'd like to go to with someone special (^^)
