When I was leaving Hitoyoshi on my way home, my brother took me to a curry shop.
I like Japanese curry, but I like spicy, punchy curry even more, and I was impressed by the curry that came out. I'm also really happy that I can choose the amount of rice.
I felt like I had a lot of fun researching spices. It was recommended that you mix all of the garnished vegetables together, but I see, by mixing them together, you get an even deeper flavor.
As a rock fan like me, the music and guitar inside the store really got me excited.
Apparently the owner was in a rock band.
Thank you for the delicious and healthy spicy curry.
I'll stop by again when I get back.

I had heard that it was a spice curry restaurant, so I was wary of the spiciness, but it wasn't spicy enough to make a profit, and in fact, it had almost no spiciness, so my mother ate it without any problem.
It's a specialty store, and the menu is limited to three types: chicken, pork, and limited edition.
In this era of high prices, it is offered for 950 yen, so I thought it would be a good idea to add toppings and aim for 1200 yen per customer, so I topped it with roast pork for 280 yen.
I finished it in no time.

I come here quite a bit (lol)
I want to try the basic pork curry and chicken curry, but the limited edition curry always looks delicious so I end up going for that. And it doesn't come off every time! The spices are effective and it has a very unique flavor, but it's not too spicy, so even people who don't like spicy food can enjoy it.
There is one more store in Hitoyoshi that I hope will continue to exist for a long time 🥰
