I also like Aiji in Kazuemachi (currently Mr. Mukaigawa), so this was my first visit. It was a fun, delicious and wonderful time with some interesting local sushi chefs! I liked the firmness, texture, and size of the sushi, and it was a hit!

The third time, I had delicious sushi in a private room.
A seat with important customers.
The delicious sushi was served at just the right tempo, and the conversation and drinks progressed.
Sashimi eaten with salt brings out the flavor of the fish and is the best.
The Nodoguro ankake is a delicious dish, so you should definitely try it.

Most of the ingredients were locally produced in Ishikawa, so they were very delicious. The drinks were chosen to match the food, and considering the ingredients and quantity, I felt it was quite reasonable.
Of course, sushi is only served at the counter.
Thank you for the delicious sushi, the fun conversation with the chef, and the meal!
