I visited Hama-san, an Akita ramen restaurant that I had been curious about for a while.
I visited after 1:30pm on a weekday.
First, you need to purchase the special ramen with a meal ticket, and it seems to be a system where you don't have to go inside the store, but instead use a calling machine that is often found in food courts.
There were several customers ahead of us, so this time a staff member came out right away and guided us around.
On weekdays, you can choose the amount of noodles, so I ordered a medium size (300g).
After a while, the special ramen arrived, and when I drank the soup, the chicken bone soup with Japanese-style soup stock was delicious. At first bite, it tasted like soup stock from ozoni.
There are many ingredients such as chicken char siu, pork char siu, flavored eggs, wontons, menma, wheat gluten, grated yam kelp, green onions, kaiware, fried eggs, and seaweed.
The noodles are flat, thick, curly, and very delicious.
300g is a considerable amount. If you leave medium and large portions, you will be fined, so be careful.
The store staff's customer service was energetic and polite, and the store had a good atmosphere.
I was also attracted to the miso ramen and motsu miso ramen, so I would like to visit them again.
