Chikuwa

This may be the best restaurant of my trip. Really excellent craft beer and everything we ordered from the menu was delicious! The oden egg with roe on top, the fried chicken, asparagus and the yogurt ice cream-- amazing!

It's a stylish oden shop with a high percentage of women.
The oden soup stock was delicious and the seeds were also homemade. The plum shellfish is especially delicious and a must-try. The way the owner served the oden was impressive in a good way. The customer service was polite and I was very satisfied (´∀｀)

When I was traveling in Kanazawa, I wanted to try Kanazawa Oden, so I made a reservation and visited the store. When you enter the store, there is a long counter, and there are table seats at the back. I was guided to the far right side of the counter. At 7pm, the tables were full. It was a bit disappointing that towels were not readily available due to the crowd. All of the oden with good dashi soup were delicious. Be sure to try Kurumafu, which is rarely seen in the Kanto region. Besides the oden, the shime mackerel nuta was outstanding! There are a few solo customers at the counter, so it seems like a good place for solo travelers to have dinner.
