[Traces of Memories] Chaos caused by pitch-black conflict.

In 1997, Apple launched a huge campaign based on the slogan "Think Different." It transcended the category of advertising and became a cultural phenomenon etched in history.
Even in the culture of food, tastes that leave their mark on history and continue into the future must be passed down.

The sky looked like a return to summer.
It was making people let down their guard and tempting them to go outside.
The Soseigawa River, which has been reborn with a design that combines modernity and art, is different from the lively Toyohira River, where many young people were busy chatting and practicing dance.
There was a growing number of people on Tanukikoji 1-chome, which is also the entrance to the shopping district.
However, the person in the shopping district looked depressed and seemed to have forgotten to take care of himself.
Are we really trying to say that the world is universal?
Universality is just an illusion.

The nostalgic store sign made me feel like I was in the mood for curry.
Because the past was so long ago, when I entered the restaurant without even remembering what kind of curry it was, fragments of memories washed over me in waves.
The layout is different than in the distant past, apparently as a measure to prevent the spread of infection.
When a female staff member visited, it certainly felt like years had passed, but it also felt like a distant memory.
On the other hand, even when I stared at the menu, the memory of something I had eaten in the distant past did not come back to me in the slightest.
Among them, "Kashmiri curry" attracted a lot of attention.
I chose the chicken from the toppings of chicken, lamb, vegetables, and minced chicken, and, fueled by my hunger, I declared that both the curry and rice were large portions.
The customers who trickled in were all somewhat calm and unanimously announced ``Kashmiri curry.''
In the back of the kitchen, the elderly master was silently working on the food.
Kashmir...a conflict zone between India and Pakistan, and Calais, which has shed its image of wool, has quietly arrived.
Chicken and vegetables float in vivid colors in the jet-black soup.
Should I describe it as a unique bitterness that isn't just spicy?
The spiciness that follows the bitterness later covers the bitterness and becomes cloudy.
The soft rice seems to neutralize that.
“Think Different.”
I hummed silently.
This curry seems to defy common sense and invite chaos in a conflict zone.
Is there no one who can inherit the “Think Different.” that this curry leads?
Somewhere along the lines of Senai's thoughts, I silently hummed "Think Different." three times...

This is my first time in the store in about 40 years.
Kashmiri curry may be difficult for people who don't like spicy food as it is quite spicy. It was okay when I was younger.
I feel like the amount is a little small,
It's ok because it's reasonable.
If you have Korma curry, it's okay to bring your children with you.
I was able to experience the nostalgic atmosphere and taste of this store, which was just like the old days, and I could easily walk into the store.
