A French restaurant that I have been interested in for two years ☆
The lunch price was higher than what I had seen two years ago, but it was a celebratory lunch, so I was looking forward to visiting.
[Half lunch course and 5 pairings]
Starting with four hospitality dishes and champagne, each dish is so cute that you can enjoy it with your eyes.
The four dishes were all light in flavor and made with ingredients such as bamboo charcoal, pumpkin, and fruit.
I had Spanish mackerel (I liked this flavor the best), Shirako, Bouinada (the flavor was a little strong for me), and wine to go with the food, and by this point I was full. . .
Even though I was full, the Ezo deer meat that followed was delicious and had no smell!
I enjoyed it with a nice 1999 wine.
Personally, I thought the balance would have been better if the dessert tea and sweets included something a little more refreshing.
The wines that went with the dishes were all delicious, with plates that allowed you to enjoy each dish individually!
The atmosphere of the restaurant was casual and I was able to enjoy my meal without worrying about other customers.
I wish the lunch prices were a little more reasonable. .
It was a store I was interested in, so I'm happy that I was able to go there at least once ☆
