Femme De Bateau Aoki

Hands down the best Japanese restaurant I have visited, across 3 trips to Japan and dozens of restaurants visited. Every single dish is impeccable (particularly appreciate the shop owner's recommendations). Lovely owner and the lady manning the little restaurant, welcoming, curtious, and professional. It goes without saying that reservation is often needed given its quality and popularity.

It's delicious no matter what you eat. The preparation is of course the best, but the Western-style risotto is also exquisite.

All the food was delicious. However, there is no price displayed, so that may be a bit worrying.
