I was finally able to go to the store of my dreams. A sushi restaurant in Nagoya that is popular among gourmets and difficult to reserve. This visit was a wish come true.
As you pass through the entrance and walk up to the store, the atmosphere changes completely, leaving you with a space that feels like the air is clear🌿
The counter has a sunken kotatsu structure, so when you sit down, your line of sight is at the same level as the water level in the garden.
There is a wide variety of dishes, including a la carte dishes and nigiri, and everything you eat is delicious, beautiful, and original like no other. On this day, there were a total of 26 dishes, including a la carte dishes, nigiri, and sweets. I had so much fun and was happy during the meal 🍣
The owner's dignified customer service (with a smile and funny exchanges), the landlady's personality and attentiveness, and the serious attitude of the apprentice. I enjoyed the atmosphere as I ate the meal. It's an amazing store, and I understand why it's difficult to make reservations. A first-class shop that is hard to come across. I was finally able to go and my wish came true ✨Thank you for the meal!

Anyway, to put it simply, you can enjoy the "extraordinary" in everything.

I feel like I'm on a trip as I ride around in a taxi for a while. When you arrive at the store, take a quaint approach, go through the gate, and enter the store.
The interior of the store is a pure Japanese interior that mixes tradition and novelty, and through the glass you can see the garden where the surface of the pond spreads out at the same height as the counter.

I can't stop being excited at this point (it doesn't change no matter how many times I go)

From snacks to nigiri, our dishes are luxuriously and beautifully presented with seasonal flavors.
Of course it's extremely delicious!
I also really like the hostess' choice of alcohol, so I can't help but drink.

In addition, both the owner and the landlady are very friendly and the time always passes by quickly.

For me, it feels like a short trip just 30 minutes from the city, and this is the only restaurant in Nagoya that offers such an "extraordinary" experience.

This is a store that I would like to visit regularly from now on.

However, except for the tomato for the palate cleanser and the strawberry for the dessert, everything else always includes sushi rice and is considered sushi.

Each dish is carefully crafted, and even a single piece of mackerel stick sushi is very delicious, with a very distinctive grilled pattern and a beautiful scent of shiso.

Their commitment to sushi is amazing.

It's very original and enjoyable.
Also, the customer service of the host and landlady is wonderful and you can spend your time comfortably.
There are two people working at the counter, but there is never a wait and the operations are very good.

This is a wonderful sushi restaurant that you will want to come back to every season.
