It is indeed hideen in a residential area, at a modernly built residential dwelling. The ambience is quite good but not recommended to bring small kids. Run by an elderly couple, open only 4 days a week and only lunch hours from 11am to 3pm. The main menu selection is limited to only 4 choices: all noodles only. The soup is perhaps from bonito flakes base, not too thick and quite refreshing.
Worth trying once in a while but not ideal for frequent visits. By the way, cash only, no CC nor electronic money accepted.

Handmade Okinawa soba is rare in Hokkaido. The owner and his wife, who appear to be locals. The friendly atmosphere was wonderful.

The menu has different flavors depending on the type of cartilage. If you ask before ordering, we will tell you the details!

I went for the ``Yugafu'', which had plenty of satisfying cartilage and melty soki.

The mildly flavored bonito stock soup and slightly chewy handmade noodles are delicious. The soki was so delicious that I was very satisfied with the rice.

Next time I'm aiming for something rare called spicy miso soki.

The soba that has been skillfully arranged to suit the climate of Hokkaido is exquisite.
Strictly speaking, it is not soki, but a rare part of the pig, ``rose cartilage''.

The inside of the restaurant is calm, and you can enjoy a leisurely meal on weekdays.
