The store is located down a narrow alley from the main road.
The visibility was poor because of the rain, so I got a little lost (lol)
I arrived a little early, but was asked to wait until I called and was left at the entrance. The room immediately to the left of the entrance looks like a waiting room.
I was called and went to the tatami room, but it was full with about 4 groups inside.
It seems that many people order two types per person when making a reservation, so we did the same. Is it a lot? I thought it was just the right amount.
I ordered Seiro soba, Inaka soba, and Soba dumplings.
You can also order items on the menu, such as tataki plums and grated yaoroshi. Would you like something to go with the main soba? So if you order sero soba, you can add grated yam for an additional 200 yen. It is treated as an additional option.
I had the seiro soba noodles with seared plums, and the inaka soba noodles as is.
When the food is brought to you, you will be given detailed instructions on how to eat it.
First, use the bamboo steamer as is → water → salt → plums, and finally eat it any way you like. is what they said. There are two types of salt. It was my first time to eat soba at a place other than Tsuyu, but it was delicious! ! I especially liked that the plum tataki was not sour and had just the right amount of seasoning! !
Is Inaka Soba the condiment mentioned earlier? If you have any left, you can use that too. This one also comes with Tsuyu. It also came with a small grated grater, but I like it better with that.
It was my first time to have a melty soba soup, but looking at the reviews, there were mixed reviews. Mine was fresh and good.
The soba noodles were good, but the soba tea was also good. It was so fragrant that I bought it on the way home.
The soba dumplings had a good texture and were delicious.
Overall I'm satisfied.
It seems like it's hard to get a reservation, so if you can, it's best to make a reservation early.
