A very sophisticated yet not snob Japanese restaurant that us, Japanese foodies love. Seems like a English speaker friendly. Must visit in Kobe!

I wanted to try it once because of the good reviews, so I went to try it out at an event on the Friday of the end of the month. Cash on for 2,000 yen for ate and 700 yen for drinks. The ingredients are good and the taste is great. I would like to come during normal business hours.
Guests will also feel comfortable and in good condition.

This Japanese restaurant has been awarded two Michelin stars for five consecutive years.
The store is located in a quiet residential area, with Kacento next door.
There is a counter made of a single board with 10 seats, and the open kitchen allows you to enjoy watching the owner's masterful knife skills.
You will be impressed by the delicate seasoning.
If you would like to casually go to the store, I heard that they are holding an event called Purari Drinking Friday (for information on Facebook), so I think it would be a good idea to go there once.
