Wonderful hk cantonese food fine dining. Superb in Tokyo! Worth the money.

Cantonese style cooking with local ingredients and Japanese style presentation. Exquisite arrangement of flavors, textures and presentation that make for a great dinning experience. We had the wine pairing with dinner, it was an enjoyable and enhanced experience. Engaging and friendly staff. The counter seats are a feast for the senses watching the Chef and his team do their magic. We enjoyed the conversation with Chef Yanada and his staff.

Very Japanese style, all the staff were Japanese. To be honest, not a big fan of the food as a Chinese, only liked the desert at the end....

[Food taste and quality] Ginza Kazen, a famous Cantonese restaurant, serves traditional cuisine from the Cantonese region. The taste of the dishes is probably rich and flavorful and you can tell they use fresh ingredients

[Service] You can expect high quality service. The staff were kind and friendly, and they took great care in explaining the dishes and pairing the wines. Even in Ginza, you can feel the high rank.

[Atmosphere and Design] Since it is a restaurant in Ginza, it had a sophisticated interior and a comfortable atmosphere. You can enjoy your meal in a calm interior that gives you the feeling of being transported to a Chinese drawing room.

[Menu variations] Even though we specialize in Cantonese cuisine, our menu and dishes incorporate plenty of high-quality ingredients, mainly seafood. This is a very attractive restaurant for gourmets who want to try a variety of cuisines.

[Cost performance] As it is a high-end restaurant, the price is higher than a general restaurant, but it can be said that the cost performance is commensurate with the hospitality limited to 2 to 3 groups, the ingredients and quality of the food, and the service.
