The food quality is amazing, you can really taste the best of the ingredients.
In the beginning they serve you four dishes of omakase and afterwards you can choose a la carte dishes.
The taisho (chef) was very friendly and great hospitality!
Around 15,000 per person if you also drink.

There is also a grill area inside the restaurant where you can prepare your food.
I thoroughly enjoyed the chef's careful preparation and the variety of dishes. The crab is especially delicious. The beef stew at the end is recommended.

It's a hideaway shop and it's very comfortable. The young owner's service was very good and we had a warm time.
The gentle flavors of all the dishes come first, and then the flavors of the ingredients slowly come to the surface. Seared bonito is also fun to watch as it is grilled on the spot. All of the dishes were very delicious, but the biggest surprise was the delicious bear meat shabu-shabu. I've tried making bear meat quite a bit, but this was the first time I felt it was delicious.
