A good place for Mizutaki dinning experience, one of the representative local dishes in Fukuoka. The Mizutaki (chicken hot pot) from Hakata uses high-quality soup, ingredients, and vinegar & soy sauce that can be enjoyed until the end. Once you enjoyed the chicken, the waiter will help cook the congee using the soup left-behind. Aside the Mizutaki, the dinner set also comes with rich variety of appetizers including Basashi, the fresh horse meat sashimi (depending on your chosen dinner set).

Modern bright no smoking restaurant with tasty local chicken served in hotpot n tempura styles with jazz usic in background. Complete set meals with rice or noodles n plenty of fresh vegetables.

I'm more impressed with their side dishes with the set than the chicken hotpot itself. The soup was a bit bland for my personal preference. Yet, the tuna and egg were so good. A bit pricey for solo travellers to be honest. The price would be more reasonable for 2 pax+. Yet, the service when I visited was so friendly and attentive. Atmosphere is pleasant. Overall, worth a try if you're in Fukuoka and you definitely need reservation
