We had a course meal at Kaiseki. Beautiful creative dishes with a focus on appearance will be served to you. It was a dish that was a feast for the eyes. I went there in the heat of the day. As you can see in the photo, a variety of seasonal ingredients are available depending on the season. The bowl looks cool too. The ingredients are all seasonal and from Kanazawa. I can't get enough of Mr. Onobori. It felt like everyone had the taste of Kanazawa all in one place.
It was a restaurant where you could enjoy using your eyes, nose, and mouth.

The chef has a very down-to-earth and friendly attitude, and I think it's very comfortable.
Many of the staff members are young, but they provide pleasant and courteous customer service.
The most important thing is the food, but no matter what you eat, it's very delicious, and it's a restaurant you definitely want to visit when you go to Kanazawa. As for the price, I thought it would be twice as expensive, but it is reasonable. If you drink alcohol and it's at that price, the cost performance is the best. thank you very much.
