Haorai Ramen

The normal (750 円) is so big to me. If i am not hungry too much, I cannot eat all. Nice staff nice place, I love you!

Ramen at a famous Hitoyoshi ramen restaurant.
The generous amount of bean sprouts and jet-black soup make a great impact.
Although the melon oil was fragrant, the soup itself was quite light.
The homemade noodles made with Hitoyoshi's famous water are delicious, but the amount of noodles is ridiculous. There are about 2 Jiro.

It's been a long time since I last visited.
The menu is clean and simple, just the same ramen. There used to be a time when you could order rice, but now they don't even have a menu, only ramen for 750 yen and large ramen for 850 yen.
I received a large bowl of ramen.
The old impression of large servings of black ramen with lots of bean sprouts is still the same, but the soup doesn't have much of a pork bone taste, and has a slightly spicy flavor with melon oil and garlic, which is the opposite of rich and rich. I remembered.
Also, the inside of the bowl is packed with medium-thick straight noodles, making it much more voluminous than it looks.
I ended up being the only one who ordered a large portion of my meal.
Although it was damaged by heavy rain in July 2020, it has made a spectacular recovery. The store has been beautifully renovated.
Customers have been arriving one after another since the store opened at 11am. The place was so busy that it was nearly full 30 minutes later. I hope that it will continue to do its best as a famous restaurant in Hitoyoshi for many years to come.
The parking lot is located a short distance along the road and can accommodate about 10 cars. You can park a few cars in front of the store, but it's not very deep, so it might be difficult for regular cars.
The restaurant has 6 counter seats and 8 table seats. It seems best to visit at lunchtime with a shared seating arrangement.
