Everything was delicious, truly a gem recommended by my barber. Conveniently situated directly below perhaps the best bar in Kanazawa, it’s a wise spot to visit

I went to Izakaya Hasuya, which is a few minutes walk from Katamachi Scramble.
When you enter, it's a small shop with a counter and a few tables.
I made a reservation in advance.
Crab was also allowed, so we ordered crab sides, assorted sashimi, white shrimp tempura, monkfish liver, sea cucumber, salt-grilled throat sea bass, beef tendon, and assorted tempura.
The sashimi is quite voluminous and seems to be fresh.
The ingredients look good and everything is delicious.
I was disappointed because the beef tendon was a little too bland.
It had a nice atmosphere, like an old-fashioned izakaya, and the food was delicious.
Some items took a long time to be served, so be careful (especially with fried foods).
It was a feast.
