I stopped by when I went to Kanazawa in early summer.

It's delicious.
It's just delicious.
The sake is delicious and the dishes are delicious too.

The sashimi was delicious, but the other dishes were also great, so everything was good.

It's a good restaurant, and my vocabulary is so low that I can only comment that the food and sake are delicious.

I made a reservation a few days in advance and visited through a friend's introduction. It seems that due to the coronavirus, there are no courses and only a la carte and 2-hour service, but I have no complaints at all at first glance. Each dish is served with great care, so you can't help but drink more alcohol.
Also, the customer service was sophisticated and the space was comfortable.
Thank you for the meal!

Whatever you eat is beautiful and delicious, and you'll have a hard time deciding what to eat.
I feel safe knowing that infection control measures are in place.
I really enjoyed the non-intrusive customer service and the not-too-friendly chat, and it was a relaxing experience for the first time in a while.
It's like finding the delicious seasonal food, purchasing it, and cooking it with care.
It's hard to get reservations, so I don't really want to tell you much about it.
