Both the food and drinks were delicious ♡
I especially like the Rikyu-style matsutake mushrooms and millet gluten, the fresh spring rolls of ayu with roe, the pork shoulder loin, and the grilled warabi mochi and soybean flour milk ice cream ♡
The pork shoulder loin had a beautiful cross-section and was enveloped in the smoky aroma of Kyoto bancha, making it perhaps the best meat dish I've ever had.
It was so delicious ♡♡♡
It's not classic Japanese cuisine, but has an Asian flavor, but that makes it even more delicious.
The host and the staff were kind, and the food and drinks were delicious and I was happy.
I live in Nagoya, but I'm glad I visited.
Thank you for the meal.
