You must make a reservation. Also it will be difficult to order things unless you know at least some Japanese, as chef will want to know if you're allergic or averse to certain kinds of food, and will occasionally bring out different trays where you can pick certain small dishes.
The sushi is excellent. The rice has a slight 'sweetness' to it and is not overly soft. All the seafood was really good quality. If you've never had it, try the とろたく(torotaku), it's just chopped takuan and toro but it was awesome!
