Ramen [Hosokawa Hanayacho Main Store] @ Nishikyogoku Nanshosakaicho, Ukyo Ward, Kyoto City, Kyoto Prefecture.

A long-established store founded in 1985 that follows the flow of the famous store "Masutani."

The so-called Kyoto back fat chacha type dish with chicken soy sauce and plenty of back fat.

Although it looks heavy, it has a rich and light aftertaste that gives it a tangy flavor.

The firm and chewy thin noodles have a good texture and feel good when slurped.

The chashu is also delicious.
