I visited twice a while ago.
I was intrigued by the fact that there is a Jiro type in Aso Building.
It has a relatively mild taste because it is based on chicken bones, but it has a strong chewy texture and is satisfying to eat.
Both the noodles and the fat are delicious, and the classic Jiro-style sukiyaki noodles made with raw eggs are also delicious.
I like chicken char siu and boiled chicken, but when I think of Jiro so far, I feel a little unsatisfied.
I think it would be better to eat it as a new genre without thinking of it as Jiro.
Looking at the reviews on a certain site, there are many reviews about limited edition noodles, so I think this is a restaurant that can be enjoyed in many different ways.
Of course, you can also enjoy it as a Light Jiro type, and it's located in a station building, so you can easily enter.
When adding a lot of vegetables, be careful not to add too much maple on the table, as it will end up collecting in the soup.
Next time I would like to try the limited edition noodles.
