After visiting Aoi Aso, I stopped by this shop.
There are a lot of shochu in the store! I think people who like it will find it irresistible.
I ordered the business prosperity set. A set of two pieces of inari sushi and soba noodles topped with large, flavorful fried rice. I also ordered fried chicken and shared it with a friend. No, I'm already full and satisfied. Customers came in one after another and the place quickly filled up. However, the food is served quickly and is delicious, so I have nothing to say about it.
If I ever go to Hitoyoshi again, I would like to stop by.

The day I went to eat Juwari soba noodles, which uses 100% soba flour, the noodles are chewy and delicious.
Duck soup, not too salty, just right.

There is another way to eat here. Dip the noodles in salt and eat. It's delicious in another way.

If you go to eat in the evening, it will be a course of 3,500¥ or more and you can call and reserve only. Or you can stop by and reserve lunch in advance.

For lunch, I had Seirosoba at Kai, a restaurant next to Aoi Aso Shrine.
Juwari soba. The soba flour is Kikuchi Aso.
First, please enjoy the aroma of soba with salt. It's proof that you're confident. I'm the kind of person who just sips the soba noodles without being told, so I'm happy about this.
It's definitely fragrant and delicious soba noodles.
After enjoying it with salt, add wasabi and enjoy with tsuyu. Tsuyu is sharp and dry.
It is rare that citrus fruits are added.
The soba soup is also rich and delicious.
If I have a chance, I would like to try Kamo Nanban.

It is located next to Aoi Aso Shrine in Hitoyoshi City, Kumamoto Prefecture. It was already past 2 pm when we arrived at the shrine, and we had not eaten at noon. I searched nearby stores and found this restaurant open until 3 o'clock. There is an entrance next to the shrine parking lot that you can walk through to get here. The indoor environment is refreshing and simple, and it provides set meals made with local materials. The portions are sufficient and delicious, and the prices are affordable. I am very happy to find delicious food by accident.
