★Sesame mackerel
★Simmered shellfish
★Mizunasu sashimi
★Mentaiko Tamagoyaki made from Asakura local eggs
・Sesame mackerel
Amazing elasticity! I can't get enough of the plump body.
This may be the best sesame mackerel ever.
Enjoy the harmony of fresh mackerel and sweet and salty sesame sauce
The combination with Myoga was also exquisite!
・Simmered shellfish
A level that makes you want to drink the clear broth
The large whelk shellfish was very satisfying to eat.
·Omelet
Fluffy and melty eggs and mentaiko...♡
The mentaiko and egg went perfectly together and was so delicious!
It was a dish that I definitely wanted to eat with sesame seeds.
I was lucky to get in without making a reservation this time!
However, it is a popular restaurant that is difficult to find without reservations even on weekday nights, so reservations are recommended.

I wanted to eat sesame mackerel, so I visited on Saturday.
Sesame mackerel
Swimming mackerel sashimi
Raw Karasumi
Toriten
Grilled pork with miso
Crab miso tofu sauce
Stir-fried asparagus with Shuto butter
The mackerel was so plump and delicious that I could eat as much as I wanted! !
There was also a lot of alcohol from Fukuoka and Kyushu! In particular, there was a wide variety of potato shochu, so it is recommended for those who like sweet potatoes.
I was also interested in the mackerel fried rice, but I'll see you next time.
Highly recommended for delicious food in Hakata! !

◯Seats are not timed so reservations are required.
Make a reservation one week in advance and visit alone.
Since it's a mackerel restaurant, we mainly enjoyed mackerel dishes that can only be found here, along with local Fukuoka alcohol.
Personally, I think the three types of mackerel sashimi and mackerel croquette are a must, and you can choose 3 or 4 pieces of mackerel sashimi, and choose 1 piece of croquette. I felt that the mackerel pancake itself was not very good.
Even if the seats are crowded, there is no time limit, so if you are planning to go, I feel that advance reservations are a must.
Approximately 6,000 yen for 2 glasses of sake and a meal
