The food, the atmosphere, the smell...
I was very satisfied with the restaurant's everything, which had a Showa feel to it.
It was my first time to eat pheasant, but I was surprised because I had no idea that I would eat it ^*^
I think it tastes better than regular chicken.
I feel like the local chicken is more delicious than the local chicken from Miyazaki.
I ate something unusual! It's such a satisfying feeling! !
By the way, I think charcoal-grilled food is much more delicious when eaten with salt than with sauce. . .
I don't think a woman would be able to finish the hot pot.
Overall, it's more than the price~ 🎵 Smile! is!

I want to eat food that I can't eat in Tokyo! So I did some research and found out that there is a pheasant restaurant in Kumamoto!
So, I crossed the prefecture and went to Kumamoto.

Impressed.
What do you think pheasant tastes like?
I was imagining a wild, meaty taste, but it was the exact opposite.
High quality chicken.
It's light, yet plump, and has a high quality flavor.
The sashimi is great, and it's also great when grilled rare.
The course is prepared and you will be completely satisfied with all the pheasants from the beginning to the end.
I was surprised and moved by the fact that I could eat pheasant.
I was happy.
There's also a special feeling of eating at a kotatsu while looking out at the river.
Thank you for the meal.

Pheasant has become my favorite food (;;)
Pheasant dishes are quite rare...I've never had them...
So, to Kijiya-san.
It was better than I expected and I was very satisfied.
First of all, the room is too nice (;;)
Go to a private room with a horigotatsu.
It heats up quickly, so cold weather is no problem.
A clear and beautiful river was flowing through the window.
The scenery is too good...!
I was already excited to the max as soon as I was taken to my room.
This time I ordered the landscape cuisine for 1,650 yen.
It’s almost like “course⁉︎”
It's quite voluminous.
I ended the meal with zosui.
This was also a big hit.
The one that impressed me the most was the one I ordered separately.
Charcoal-grilled pheasant. (2,200 yen)
Grill it quickly.
This is it already...
I want you to try it! Really! delicious!
I've been impressed for a long time
No matter what comes out, all I can say is It's delicious!
I may be feeling moved, moved, moved, but...LOL
I want you to experience this excitement.
A car is required and it is far from the city
I can highly recommend this place.

As a general rule, 7pm is the last time to enter the store, so come early. By the time we arrived at 6pm, two groups had finished their meals and were paying their bills.
I ordered a course for 4400 yen. I was hesitant about eating sashimi, but when I tried it, it was delicious! Charcoal grilling really enhances the flavor of the meat just by broiling it, and the salt and homemade sauce make it even more delicious. The hot pot was a little salty, but even the porridge was delicious. I was very satisfied as I was able to enjoy the goodness of pheasant meat to the fullest and eat plenty of fresh vegetables!
It's easily accessible, just 15 minutes by car from the center of Hitoyoshi Onsen, and is also recommended for those who are looking for a local restaurant rather than a ryokan meal.

I'll cover it!!
Charcoal-grilled pheasant while looking out at the scenery outside was delicious. Pheasant dressed with miso and eggs pickled in miso.
It was so delicious even down to the cold tofu! !
Maybe it's because it's fresh, but it's really delicious.
All I can say is delicious lol
