They are closed on Mondays, and they close when they run out of ingredients. When I visited around 2 o'clock on weekdays, most of the shops were closed or shuttered, making it difficult to get lunch. However, I finally found open. I only visited for about 15 minutes at 1:00, but the signboard was hung up shortly after I entered. I think it was half an hour ago.
A Japanese-style Italian lunch provided by the French chef I met. For 980 yen, you'll be very satisfied with the amuse, salad, soup, drink, and main course. And all of them are really delicious. The soup contains lettuce and has a fun texture. I liked the smoked lamb tongue that was served as an amuse.
The main dish I had was a bowl of grilled Iwanaka pork. It doesn't contain garlic, so it's safe for lunch. It comes with wasabi, which goes well with it. It would have been nice if there was twice as much wasabi on it.
Both the chef and his wife were very personable and we had a very pleasant meal. thank you very much.
