We truly enjoyed our dinner at Kiyama. Amazing amazing dashi ! loved each dishes, including the special grilled snow crab dishes and rice dishes!

Lovely kaiseki restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere. The food is wonderful, and the chef and his staff make every effort to explain their techniques and the seasonality of the produce used.
