Kiyotan Description
Located in Hiroshima, Kiyotan is a unique and sophisticated restaurant that offers a delightful combination of Japanese cuisine and carefully selected sake. The name 'Kiyotan' derives from the concept of enjoying the pureness of the food, ambiance, and tableware ('kiyotan' means 'pure' in Japanese) while indulging in the pleasure of sake ('tan' means 'to enjoy' in Japanese). At Kiyotan, you can savor the exquisite flavors and sweetness of various sake brands, rolling them on your tongue before letting them flow down your throat, experiencing the blissful moment of enjoyment.

The food is par excellence, but the real star of this restaurant is the chef himself. On top of his creative genius, he serves his complicated dishes in a very calm manner without any delays. Given the high quality of his dishes, that is really impressive. Bravo!

First visit.
The store has a nice atmosphere and the staff are very friendly and comfortable.
It's the most important dish, but it's so delicious!
The chawanmushi is especially wonderful.
There are no ingredients, so you can directly taste the deliciousness of the soup stock and eggs.
You can't do it without confidence.
This time, I would like to visit you alone.

The sashimi, corn kakiage, overnight dried sweetfish, etc. were all very delicious.
There were so many dishes that I had never seen before, and so many types of alcohol, so it was fun to choose.
The staff are all very nice people, and as soon as your glass is empty, you can quickly ask if you'd like something. He asked me questions and explained each item in detail.
Even after paying, the owner personally came outside the store to see us off. I thought the customer service and food were such that I wanted to come back and become a regular.
✳︎For those who like alcohol
There was an Ichiro's malt highball 🍸
This is a domestic whiskey with extremely limited production.
Please try drinking it as an accompaniment to a fun meal♪
